Stryx

Stryx is an artist led studio, project and exhibition space based Birmingham with Galleries in Digbeth and the Jewellery Quarter.
Founded in 2012, Stryx focuses on supporting artists through residencies and artist development programmes. We invite the public to experience the process of art making and exhibition production creating an open platform for learning and growth. Stryx seeks to initiate and develop regional and national artistic collaborations in order to promote and strengthen an accessible and vibrant network of ideas and practices.

We are opening a little earlier for JQLates in November providing a tranquil candle painting workshop in our gallery from 3-5pm. Hosted by @chloew_artwork there will be soothing live music (think gentle atmospheric sounds) paired with an artist-led candle painting workshop. Inspiring creative flow and expression, it’s the perfect way to unwind. Come alone or with friends and join the growing Calm and Creative Community.
