We are an independent Great Taste Award winning free-from bakery based in  the West Midlands and we believe that a restricted diet does not have to mean a restricted palate!. Born out of frustration with the limited free-from offering in cafés and coffee shops, we spent hours developing a delicious range of bakery products ready for launch in 2017.

Our indulgent and highly-acclaimed cakes have been carefully crafted for everyone to enjoy especially those who can’t, or choose not to, eat dairy, egg, gluten and nuts. 

For November Lates we will have a selection of cakes to purchase, come speak to us about all your “free-from” needs.
